    Tranche 1 (new shares) will be able to vote in favour of Tranche 2, which they will do, so that MC post Tranche shares being issued, will be approximately A$320m (at todays SP), with "only" US$100m debt. So, to paraphrase an old saying, "a 3rd of a loaf (mine) is better than no loaf (mine) at all " ..... my wife is giving me a pair of rose coloured glasses for Xmas to help me cope with our stock market investments.
    Don't let this ridiculous lockdown spoil your Xmas. Cheeers.
