    The fact is that the CR was done at 12 cents.
    The fact is the price is now 13.5 cents headed for the 12 cents.
    The fact is that no Institution is readily going to buy any shares above 12cents.

    ... and before you accuse me, I'm no downramper, I haven't sold any of my holding. These are the facts.
