I don't know where I got the idea from, but I thought the 'Placement' was going to one party. It's transpired now that it is really a Capital Raising to a range of Institutions.
And for all those who are saying and are going to say this is just a 'temporary pullback' have a think about this:
The allocations went out to Institutions at 12cents. Do you really believe any other Institution is going to readily pay more than 12 cents now ?
