The sheer fact that this raise was distributed to various institutional investors and not just one institution should be music to our ears. Not only have we got a piddling little placement of only 125,000,000 new shares but the risk of a single instos strategy of dump and run is substantially diluted by the spread amongst various instos who I can guarantee will have various trading strategies.
The trading happening today is comical but sadly real. The play we’re seeing is the scare tactic used following most cap raises (which are always at a discount to market) were the stock retraces due to diluted value and fear of dumping. Run the numbers on MAY and this play bares little reality to minuscule risk involved in a tiny and diversified cap raise.
regrettably just the games played by bigger hands to accumulate stock they really wanted at a discount but missed out on receiving.
We all know the direction this is headed, I’m personally using it to buy.
