Don't think it's as easy as saying it's a "mates raise" for AEE and PEN There may be a small element of that but I think it has more to do with management and how the company/project has been run/handled You instill confidence through actions. If it seems more risky than others I want to be adequately compensated, i.e. large discount and free options
