    Aee 18% discount and plenty of options
    pen 37% discount with options

    example Toe raised just months back thats what I would say risky
    risky project no mining approvals !
    risky management there is none !
    yet they raised $12.3m plus a $2m spp at the same
    no options at a 13% discount ?
