So if the SPP is taken up (highly likely) and all options are converted (Also quite probable) we are looking at about 800M new shares or so? Pretty decent chunk of dilution with currently about 3.3 billion shares outstanding...
At least they will be very well funded with $25.5M from the placement + $19.1M if all options are converted + $3M from the SPP and another $2.2M if those options get converted giving a cash injection of up $49.8M before costs....
And the cash balance was also still around $18M from the last report so should be looking at a total of around $65M now.
So now we probably won't have to worry about distractions and CR's during what will hopefully be a spectacular Uranium bull market and this can run for a fair while.
