Consolidation can be a good thing only in certain circumstances... I have been burned with consolidations before in situations where a company is just in exploration, this is big risk of sp going down after CR's after consolidation.. BUT if a company is developing a project that will bring cashflows then that de-risks share value drop after consolidation.. AGE is in development at the moment but nothing is 100% certain just yet hence the Field trial tests and feasibility study.. Once they complete this and tick the box of going ahead to production THEN a consolidation is fine by me.. In that time hopefully we would have doubled or tripled at minimum our resource size too and could be looking at a BOE type market cap .. This would be 2 yrs away minimum though, at this time uranium price could be at 100+ imo.. AGE 200M market cap at the moment, a very strong chance of this being multiples of current sp .
Keep this in mind,
boss has 75m pounds resource,
age 20m pounds
if age did a consolidation now 1:10, its sp would be 50c.
Boss is $4.40
Age is 3-4 yrs from production though compared to few months for Boss
Scoping study has age 1m pounds per yr boss 2m ( i think ) .
Age seems cheap when comparing this.. yet age will be updating its scoping study and resource in few weeks which will add more to the undervalued.
