Its a bit more complicated. If they wish to offer shares in any market they have to meet listing and regulatory requirements. If you resd the detail. They say they have mot sought FCA of CMA approvals for the UK. Same for other countries. Thats why the offer is open only to NZ and Asx. Too much hassle for now AND they already meet the local requirements.
When HOPEFULLY they list in the US. They will need to meet all regulations in order to allow investors to buy on the exchange.
