    another view is over 700 mil shares will be on issue,
    so monies spent on previous technical reports haven’t been received favourably by interested Buyin partners
    so looks like time and money wasted
    So $3mil about to be spent on consulting etc.
    every man and his dog in the O&G know of this field and they can’t find a JV with numerous reports being presented to the market
