The SSP is not looking great, but I am not sure the BOD was counting too much on it. In the share placement to sophisticated investors, several million was raised. A number of investors will also proceed with the SSP, even though it might mean purchasing above market price. The message is that those who are most heavily committed have confidence in the fundamentals. ARL IMHO is not a speculative investment, it is just a matter of time. Strong fundamentals, managed well, will eventually be rewarded for those who are patient. DYOR BE
