That seems to be the case @igor555 . Holders who prefer to buy on market for the sake of buying for 1 - 2 cents cheaper rather than to participate in the Share Purchase Plan, are in effect giving cash to the market instead of giving it to the company to allow them to do exactly what the SPP is for. - Gold Exploration!!
