    $4m, not the anticipated $5m, and none of it for the initial expansion for 4ktpa of micronised material. I can only guess that they think they have another source for the remaining $8m they need for the expansion (with the WA government already agreeing to put in $4.5m).

    I've not read the full annoucement yet so I might be well wide of the mark. I intend to apply to the SPP.
