    I think you're right
    but I also think the hidden variable we are all ignoring is WD, David Goecklers agenda.
    It does make sense for them to delay capex on acquisition until as close to volume production and sales as possible.

    eliminate the negative carry as much as possible, ie: time in-between capex and payback.
