Bang on Jezzalenko, it's clear that optics aside, the CR is a much better outcome for shareholders than Guido's $0.02 options.

I think that the proof is in the pudding with regards to the faith that Guido has in the company...incentive based remuneration only is a massive massive show of faith at this stage of the game.

The other thing that this series of announcements has shown me is once again how much integrity the BOD has. They are absolutely no bs and really inspire confidence with the way that go about things.
