I certainly don't dismiss Aspear's concerns, and I commend him for having the courage to pursue that in which he believes.

I do believe that the placement was priced too low, and I believe that the same amount of cash could have been raised at a higher price and thus with less dilution.

However, I think that it's now time to move on and look only to the future, because I believe that Maronan has a great future.

Anyone who is/was able to take part in the 24 cent offer will, in my humble opinion, benefit substantially from doing so.
