guys it hit me like a tonne of bricks just now what the takeovers panel is going to do. Theyre gonna look for a scapegoat and its got something to do with Philw. My whole TOP application was about veritas but in a minor point I mentioned what Philw said about the market dump one week prior to the raise. But that was unprofessional and probably someone who doesnt deserve to get targeted. The panels media release made it look like the application was about a bit of insider trading prior to the announcement. You see how theyve twisted it.
