You're holding it up as a confession. It's not dated, its not named and you don't know its source. Its just a wall of arbitrary text from a generation ago. If you knew just how quick quant trading and analysis was you would realise that paying rampers to post on any social platform would be a high cost non- profitable venture. True high volume manipulation is there for people to see but people calling out posters and companies for poor performance isn't part of the big conspiracy.
