Well GAS's MC is $35.97 Mil - they are issuing $8 Mil if the SPP is taken up??? - that's another 22% dilution!
Who are these investors?:

What communications were passed across to them to enlist support?
Is GAS about to become a money generator rather than a money pit?
What's is it going to take for GAS to become Cashflow +ve? will this be the last Capital Raising before gas sales role in?
