I can't speak to that exactly @GKeden. What i can absolutely say is that as an existing shareholder I bid $50k into the book and received an allocation of ~$14k.
I'm not ramping or pushing any bulldust. Thats just the way it was. The company obviously believes they can get their funds another time / with less dilution.
