anyone understand the details on the $10m raising. I understand max purchase by shareholder of $30k and price of 27 cents.
can a shareholder with 1000 shares purchase 100000 shares ( $27k) or can they only buy to max of number shares held I,e, 1000 shares?
If a shareholder holds 100000 shares and requests 100000 shares ( $27k) will they get these or will they be subject to scale back to ensure $10m not exceeded?
The simple maths is $30k max purchase per shareholder allows for only 333 shareholder full allocations.
