It's because all those 'loyal' shareholders didn't support the last cap raise at 23c!!

Last time only around $240k was taken up in the SPP, because the share price had dipped below the offer price by a couple of cents. I took up the full $30k, because I had big gains in the shares since I bought in, and companies can only operate if shareholders contribute to cap raises.
There were plenty of 'loyal' shareholders that had made a heap of money on the stock, but didn't bother supporting the company when they came calling.

Why should they 'trust' shareholders to step up to the plate this time?? I wouldn't if I was in their shoes either!!

To management, well done on a fast cap raise..
