PTR had momentum to raise when the share price was 40c, so could have raised at a 15% discount and got the $8m in the door at 34c.......I would have glady participated in that raise because I was buying tranches at 40c.
Instead, PTR management dithered and really killed their momentum by avoiding this inevitable raise for so long.
I still think the project looks great but I've lost a lot of confidence in their ability to manage corporate affairs in pur interests.
