Not at all. Just refers to a term in the JVA with Newcrest and their initial buy in of 9.9% of shares back in Feb 2020. under that they have a right if AZY cap raises to separately have the opportunity to take up new shares on same terms so it maintains its % share.
this time period following completion of the placement is the window for NCM to decide whether it wants to elect to do so. Totally separate to the placement.
