That's fair.
I think you have summed it up very succinctly.
They now have everything they could possibly need....
* cash for development/exploration
* gold and known deposits and even existing declines
* plant humming
* new contractors that are proven
It's all about execution now.
PNR now has approx 6.45b shares. at $0.079 = $510m
Even with the $20m of debt they cannot yet extinish, they will have cash of around $100m or, and E/V of around $430m...
It was cheap last week, now it's just cheap with a lot of cash (yes more shares, but the upside more than caters for that, hence the demand for the raising I guess). Pretty sure all the insto's are looking at the performance rights the MD will get (the targets....) and thinking, if they are hit, this company will be valued at $1 billion AUD minimum. Perhaps even $1.5b when you look at CMM or BGL.
