the raising is done to keep progressing the project and to allow the company to be in a position of strength when negotiating with data room participants. The dilution is not material and even of iR was done at 20c it’s less than 1.2% less dilution
I have bought a few at 14c and the SP reaction is far greater than dilution and dilution will be used to complete at least one well as a future producer and also add to reserves
