You are right to question posters such as red and sally.
I have caught them being economical with the truth on several occasions. It's all documented on these forums.
Each poster has an agenda and unfortunately their interest is not always aligned with yours
As for ARL all they have is a worthless mou. Anyone can sign that until monies are attached.
