Not happy Jan. Why weren't existing ordinary share holders given the opportunity to 'invest' in new shares at 0.075? With an option to double their shares if the price rises to 0.015 within three years? What a bargain. I'm quite sure current investors would have jumped at the chance. It may be good for the company and us LTH's in the future, but I would have liked to be given the opportunity to invest at 0.075!!! Again, disappointed with the company lining their own pockets with a 800k share issue to directors. It definitely seems like ordinary investors are being squeezed out and institutional investors are being given unfair advantage. Is this against ASX rules of engagement when it comes to fair trade practices? IMO of course.
