I think a company of our value being $ billions in inground resources should always be aware of a take over action.
When that same company has a market cap of around $ 100 million, you really do have to be aware and ready.
When that company has the golden trifecta+ of nickel laterite, nickel sulfide cobalt, rare earths and literally GOLD in the ground, management would be stupid to not take active precaution.
For this reason I would hope that the board are aware and taking passive action for just in case.
I think they are amongst other matters, just my opinion.
