    Last year it was $340,000 plus super (so add another ~$35K nowadays. so the company pays best part of $400K to fill the seat given there are ALWAYS other costs. Thats upper end of a junior explorer, but not unheard of.

    The kicker is 12 months termination............................... thats a nice saftey net - dont see that in my world.
