I blame it all on the FED, had over 15 yrs to slowly raise rates but no they didn't keeping rates very low and saying in the beginning oh no there is no inflation in the US blah blah blah & then suddenly we are not going to stop raising rates to fight inflation. He has no clue. But I bet you he will be cutting rates very soon by the end of the year as the US election is starting. Until then this could probably be a good buying opportunity IMHO.
