Ann: Successful A$3.55 Million Placement, page-56

I've been a big supporter of SVY since the IPO (at 20cents from memory) but now I sit with shareholding worth less than 33 percent of what I paid for it watching the 'C Suite' at Stavely give themselves Performance rights (how do you get Performance rights when you have a share value at less than half what the IPO was ???) and options on those rights at every opportunity they get.
Time to call a halt to this. The management need to concentrate on building shareholder value for us instead of taking the gold while we get the shaft every time.
Enough.
I will be voting against this in the upcoming vote.
