I totally agree with the pushback.
For God's sake, how often are the C suite going to be allowed to award themselves fat packets of shares and options when they have run this company into the ground (no pun intended).
If Chris and Co, had any backbone (and I used to think he did), they would man up (and woman up) and take it on the chin like the shareholders have had to. What about just working for the sake of improving the company and the shareholders position, just for a change, instead of having their hands in the till at every available opportunity. Great that they have decided to invest their own money in this share placement and CR, but given that they have constantly taken, it is surely time that there was more than just a bit of giving.

However unless there is agreement among the shareholder base, that their time is up for getting away with the lack of deliverables that they have made careers of producing, then they will once again use their muscle with the big holders to get away with it once again.

I've voted against it.
