Have just received my voting nomination forms in the mail.
I recommend that all shareholders vote AGAINST participation in the issue of shares to the directors.
You should consider whether these people are deserving of the cheap shares and options being offered to them when existing shareholders continue to finance ridiculous salary and benefits packages which bear no relation to the disastrous results of the past few years.
We can't even sack these people without paying wildly excessive termination benefits.
