I meant to mention the reinstatement of the 10% capacity may be needed for the Nebari convertible loan where a further 200 million shares will hit the register by Novembers AGM, or the AGM will be held before Nebari convert the remainder of the US$ loan and derivative to shares and in that case part of the annual 15% capacity can be used to issue the shares.
In either case a further approx 200 million shares will add to the registry.
