I'm with you on that front, been thinking the same for a while now and they will get a bargain at that for sure.
Without any decent factual news being presented we will just keep getting belted around the park.
If that horrible T2 does get up, the park will expand and with plenty more bats I feel. Sub 4c possible,,,sheeze!!!!
We are in desperate need of a large commercial buyer who will actually hold and stick it out and support the HRZ.
Boy they will need deep pockets though or just do a TO and be done with it.
Surely has to be some decent positive news in the pipeline.
