    and that capex will be just what they need to restart BSwan MILL faster
    the drilling was already funded
    the operation is producing
    but they need that BSwan MILL restarted asap.

    Looks like the POS CR bug is infected this BOD too.
    Endless dilution has to end imho.
    Revenue and cashflow is what they need to focus on now.
