    Cant issue the shares for the 18 million until the approval .
    Announcement just telling us what is coming , subject to the vote of course.
    " On behalf of the Board, I would also like to thank our existing shareholders for their ongoing support."
    Really nice of him to thank existing holders for their support , Made me feel all warm inside.
