    Does the "accelerated" refer to all the resource and exploration drilling and refurbishment studies for the Black Swan processing plant?

    To me it says yes to accelerated refurbishment studies for Black Swan engineering (not just money for the study), and to me that means the timeline is shortened and this new timeline needs to be announced.

    Any english language experts out there care to confirm or otherwise correct me, please.
