A very interesting bit of background info there, Rubyjon. And disturbing that such a sensible move wasn't made if funds were needed to bring BS online sooner than planned.The more I think about it the more it seems a totally unnecessary step. I feel we are owed a clear and unequivocal explanation why this CR was needed. And if they can come up with a reasonable explanation, then why wasn't the CR open to all? With institutions and 'sophs' being able to take up any shortfall or over subscription? We have had a couple of posters saying their bids were cut back. As existing shareholders,they should have received preference. It wouldn't have surprised me to see the offer filled even at a higher price, without recourse to the Big End of town.
First, a loan shark deal with Nebari, and now this. A totally unnecessary dilution.
I feel we need to put pressure on the Board to lift their game as far as looking after the retail share holder is concerned. A share buyback in the not too distant future would be a good first step in my view.
