Unfortunately with 3b + SOI a consolidation is now on the table. Is HRZ worth 43c as it currently stands (say if a 1:10 happened). I'm not too sure.
Worse yet there may be another cap raise coming in a few months. Just look at BGL and BC8 the latter of which did 3 cap raises just in the last financial year.
