There is not much say in the decision about fund requirement and rapid progress being planned. However, the raise could have been at a more opportune time we could have raised easily at 6.5c if not 7c or the worst case at 6c, didn't have to wait till the SP is dipped to the lowest that indicates possible insider activity.
The drilling has potential to lift the price to 7c now not 10c. JIMHO
