Please correct me if I have the numbers wrong but we have, all going to plan, issued approx 30% more shares to new and presumably some existing holders. That's a lot of interest in the company by those entities (individuals or organizations).
The sp has dipped somewhat dramatically by satisfying that interest and sits on a trend line going back in months if not years in the low 4c-ish mark. Not easy to accept after the initial announcements some 6 months ago but then the BoD must have developed a strategy that recognized the added-value as well as the costs involved in getting BS up and running along with other projects getting funded.
Consequently, the money raised and the longer term commitment to see HRZ develop as a mid-tier gold producing and milling company can not be underestimated, because the register has grown along with the bank balance. If those involved in this large CR did not think HRZ was going to progress, then why would they bother. Yes the CR could have happened at a higher sp, but one thing seems to be clear the company is not going backwards and is carving out a strong position in this field. Just my view, esp.
