Agreed that could have been timed better, but it is hard to prepare and pull the trigger at the right time and at a price that could even be attractive to instutitions and sophs, it's no easy feat. And if we raised at that price would those entities have put money in at such a premium? I think I'd doubt that considering they weren't making any good cash at the time. This seems to be a fair price for a decent amount of cash now ready to help us scale.
AIC mines did a master stroke in terms of how you do this, but that is a very well-managed organisation and making good money. This company still needs to prove itself.
