A couple of months ago, the share price was closer to 60-70 cents. Management have done well to get the share price back up to more appropriate levels before the cap raise. Normal for these sorts of discounts to be offered for similar cap raises. Short term pain for long term gain, provided you believe in the fundamentals and direction of the business.
