We are getting hammered. CR just before Xmas while we are on the doldrums.
I accepted the decision by the board not to commence substantial works within the timeframe.
It would have been a 20 million coin flip and when playing with other peoples money you have to be conservative but personally I would have gone for it.
My losses on what I’m holding currently are so large I’m going to have to buy more .
