its not unusual for a share to drop to the CR price briefly as people try to game the system and sell their holdings hoping to get back in at the CR price.
Also quite often the big banks play dirty and short sell a stock that they know they are getting shares in at a CR price.
from the wording of the CR though I would hope that this isn't happening.
