    Record date for Loyalty Options would be within 1 month after close of the Prospectus Offer

    1 month after 23rd August = 23rd September

    Anyone that owns a share gets 0.125 free Loyalty Options at $0.50

    Further dilution, yippee.

    Luckily without the SC decision, we won't have to worry about anyone exercising them
