Care to explain how via reference to ASIC's requirements.
Talga have proposed a closing date by stealth.
This places undue pressure on shareholders to feel like they must act now to miss out.
It is imperative that ASIC stamp this out. It is disgusting
Just because Talga are desperate for cash, and need to ensure the share price is above $0.38, they should not be allowed to push this onto shareholders
Something needs to be done here asap
