The line that I am most excited about in this announcement is "it will be an important asset to support the planned alumina refinery." PLANNED ALUMINA REFINERY.......major upside into the future as a research, miner and refiner. For this to be mentioned at this stage means there must be discussions allready well advanced with the China Development Bank etal.
